Can I Be Chased For A Debt After Going Bankrupt?

I went bankrupt Dec 2008 which was discharged July 2009.

Yourquestion:   I received a letter from a solicitors saying the bank I owed money to in the bankruptcy had been sold to a collection agency. It said the letter was not asking for payment but they would be contacting my supervisor (don't know who or what that is!) . Will they try to reclaim the money from this debt? If so, what is the point of bankruptcy if someone is going to hound me for the money? Please clarify if they are likely to try and get the money from me now. Thanks

Can I Be Self-Employed After Being Bankrupt?

I was released from bankruptcy in 2009, my husband and I went bankrupt as we struggled to keep up with payments.  I wasnt working at the time as I was looking after my children, but as my debts, which my husband was supposed to be paying were still in my name I was forced to go bankrupt.

Yourquestion:   I have recently qualified as a bookkeeper, I am looking to start up a business on my own, as freelance. Am I allowed to do this yet or do I have to wait another 2 years?

i was made bankrupt in may 2009, subject to a 12 months bankruptcy. I have had BRO put in place for 9 years

Yourquestion:   what i would like to know is am i actually disharged from my bankruptcy or does a BRO mean that i am still technically bankrupt?
I have been discharged from bankruptcy, but a creditor has come forward afterwards who I failed to tell the OR about and his claim was not included in my list of debts. Do I still owe the money and can he make me bankrupt again as he is threatening to do?
