Do I Have To Disclose I Am Receiving A Payout If Bankrupt?
i was declared bankrupt oct11th 2011 due to a fall in jan 2011 i lost my job and had to go bankrupt
Yourquestion: i am about to recieve an interim payement of £6000 for loss of earnings but i did not declare any personal claim in my bankruptcy as i had no idea how many years or how long or if i would get anything. i have to go back and see an orthopaedic surgeon in a years time so at the least my claim will be sorted in 2 years time, i,ve opened an account with no credit checks basically just to cash the check as i owe it all out, it states in law guides that i dont have to tell the OR when opening a bank account, and my bankrupcy will be over in 6 months time,
please advise am i doing anything wrong.

Can I Remove My Name Off A Property before Going Bankrupt?
I am about to register for bankruptcy, if i take my name off the mortgage before i register and we sell the house or possibly stay i it, where do we stand with regards to the house as i will no longer be on paer as 'owning' a property?

been in haulage for 5 yrs and come out of it with about 14000 in debt with rbs ,
got loans totaling about 40k
live with partner own my house valued at @120k
mortgage of @65k
3 kids under 16

Can I Sign A House Over Before Going Bankrupt?
I owe 64K on credit cards and am now in two months in arrears. I also have a secured loan which I took out to consolidate previous credit card debt. My wife is divorcing me because of the debt. We have agreed to sell the house, but as I caused the situation I want her and our child to have all of the equity from the sale of our home which will be around 240K after my consolidated loan and mortgage are paid for.
Their question: Can I sign the house over to her then declare bankruptcy and have the credit card debt wiped or would she then be pursued by the credit cards?

My business is about to go under and as the director I know I will be made bankrupt as well. I have a few properties that I don't want to lose and am going to give them to my family before I go bankrupt to save them what is the best way to do this?
