I Am Worried About My Car If I Go Bankrupt.

I need my car to take my kids to school and also for me in my job.  I have been advised that I need to go bankrupt as there is no way I can continue to pay the accounts I have.  I am in arrears with most of them and my bank has stated they are taking me to court and will get a CCJ against me.

I have no property as I am in a council house.  I am worried about my car if I go bankrupt.

Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.

I have a car worth about 5K and am going to sell it to my brother before I go bankrupt.  I know that in bankruptcy they may not allow me the car, but I need use of it to get around.  What if I buy another cheap car for say 500-800 and then hold on to the rest of the money and see if they ask for it.

Can I Keep An Inheritance If Bankrupt?

I was made bankrupt this past June and have 11 months left in my bankruptcy.  I have just been informed I am to receive an inheritance of a substantial amount of money and am wondering if I can keep this??
Dear Sir/madam
A friend of mine is about to go bankrupt and he is not legally minded or good with finances , I am helping him with the form’s and to apply for his bankruptcy. I have some legal training but not in bankruptcy so I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me.
1, would I be allowed to represent him at his bankruptcy petition and latter at his  interview with The official receiver ?
2. Do you have a guide ( of know where I could obtain one) for what it reasonable allowances he can claim for food clothing etc. for himself and his dependents.
Thanks for taking the time to look in to this for me and I look forward to hearing from you

Kind regards
