How many months worth of bank statement and payslips will the OR want to see?
Answer:
It is difficult to say how far back the Official Receiver will look in your bankruptcy as each bankruptcy can be different.
It may be they only need to view a few months, however they can go back years if the need be.
If they request statements going back further than you have, they can also inquire and obtain these from the bank(s) or creditor(s) in question.
