Answer: If you have no jointly held debts with your wifr, then your bankruptcy does not directly affect her. And unlss you have contributed in some way to the property, such as paid the mortgage, council tax, upkeep, etc, you would not have an interest in the property. Your wife may be called on to prove this, to show you have not contributed to the house and she has paid all the bills associated with the house.
