What If I Cannot Refinance In My Trust Deed?

Question: Trust deed ended but still to pay equity payment house shared ownership only own quarter share struggling to get re-mortgage due to credit crunch house in my name only trustee re-valued and payment now double what can you advise

What would you advise?

Answer: I would advise you to speak to the supervisor of theTrust Deed and see what options they can offer. If it is nothing you can afford or work with, bankruptcy/sequestration is an option, but you may very well find the property is still an issue.

Can those who you own the property with buy-out your share to pay into the trust deed?

Jon
