Can I Get A Bankruptcy Taken Off My Credit History?

Question:

I have just come out of my bankrutcy after one year

Can i get my bankrutcy dissovled or taken off my credit history, as i need to remortgage !!??

Answer:

Credit histories have to be a factual accounting of your credit and as such bankruptcy stays on your credit file for six (6) years.

You can send a copy of the discharge notice to the credit bureaus, Equifax, Experian and Call Credit so they can update their records to show the bankruptcy has been discharge, as they may help.

Thank you for letting me help you.
