Question:

I have been bankrupt for over a year now (the official receivers site states that I was discharged on the 14th of January). The OR is attempting to impose a BRO on me but the court did not receive the paperwork from them within the year. The paperwork has been falsified by crossing out the 15th and entering the 13th. The court administration concedes that the paperwork was not received until the 15th. The OR did not apply for my suspension from discharge prior to the date of discharge.

Should I apply to the court to have the application struck out?

Answer:

From what you are saying you may want to challenge this through the insolvency service as once a bankruptcy has been discharged it is over and done with.

Of course there maybe other factors involved, but once a bankruptcy has been discharged, it is over.

Thank you for letting me help you.
