As to if the credit reporting systems in one country will pick up a bankruptcy in another, it may not, it will depend on what agency or bureau(s) that country uses.
In bankruptcy in the UK you are to disclose all your banking details and accounts, regardless of what country they are in. As to if they will be frozen, the Official Receiver will probably contact that bank, but it will be the bank’s decision as to if they freeze the account or not.
