Can anyboy sue me for money in court after i have been declared bankrupt.
Answer:
Your question is a bit vague, but I will try to address it. In bankruptcy all your debts are discharged, so a creditor cannot come back to you after the bankruptcy and discharge and ask you to pay the debt. However, after the bankruptcy is discharged someone sues you for whatever reason and it is/was not a debt placed in the bankruptcy but a new event, then it maybe possible they could sue you. You also may want to consult a solicitor.
